Senior Autumn Singles Leagues
The winners in the ladies’ and men’s singles autumn leagues during the past couple of weeks were Rose Costello, Des Windsor Mc Glynn, David Manser, Jimmy Raleigh and Conor Jones. All matches must be played as no walkovers are allowed.

AGM
Our annual general meeting will be held in the clubhouse Thursday 8th November at 9pm.The main topic for discussion and debate will be the move to Athlone Regional Sport’s Centre now that planning permission has been granted by Westmeath County Council.
Junior Tennis Competitions
Junior tennis competitions continue every Sunday from 2pm with Lisa organising the events.
Men’s Autumn Doubles League
The last series of matches in the men’s autumn league will be played Monday 4th November. Last week’s winning duo were Jeremy Clarke and Sai Palada. Joint second pairings were Des Windsor Mc Glynn/Dave Costello and Marek Rose/Ronan Mc Alary. Jimmy Raleigh partnered John Cooney to gain two points each as did Eugene Dooley, Michael Bleahene and Joel O’ Regan.
Ladies’ Wednesday Tennis
Hopefully the weather will be tennis friendly this Wednesday to that the ladies can enjoy their usual enjoyable workout.
Thursday’s Mixed Doubles
Evgenyia Yurchenko and Tristan Cooper Underhill were among the mixed doubles couples playing and enjoying two hours of gentle exercise last Thursday.
Sunday Morning Mixed Doubles
Carmel Hayes, Rose Costello, Vijyant Singh and Marek Rose were among the couples competing last Sunday in the early morning sunshine.
Junior Coaching
Clem continues coaching sessions every Saturday starting at 10am for children 4 to 8 years old. At 11 he coaches children ages 9 to 12 and from 12 he coaches older children. Please contact Clem at 0864022490 for further details.
