Men’s Spring Doubles League
The men’s spring doubles league commenced last Monday with Des Windsor Mc Glynn and Isaac Del Saz Palos gaining the initial victory. Rob Kearney and John Cooney were second with John Galvin and Vincent Hall in third place. Duos Sai Palada and Jimmy Raleigh, Marek Rose and Jesus Areso Ruiz were also point winners.
Ladies’ Night and Sunday’s Mixed Doubles
Sunday’sStorm Ciara and Wednesday’s inclement weather put paid to any action on the courts last week to the disappointment of the regulars who look forward to an active workout on these occasions.
Thursday’s Mixed Doubles
Mixed doubles partnerships Deborah Mc Keown & Jesus Areso Ruiz, Laura O Cluaid & Isaac Del Saz Palos, Lola Palos Fernendaz & Dave Costello, Mary Jo O’ Farrell & Sai Palada and Marek Rose & Isaac Del Saz Palos enjoyed a round robin series of matches last Thursday.
